Who we are

DigiCheques Limited (Company No. 16456071), registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for the personal data collected through this website and our waitlist.

We are currently in the process of registering with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Our registration number will be published here once confirmed.

What data we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Your first name and last name
• Your email address
• The date and time of your registration
• Your position in the waitlist queue

We do not collect payment information, bank details, or any sensitive personal data through this website.

Why we collect it

We collect this information to:

• Maintain our waitlist and manage early access to DigiCheques
• Send you updates about our launch and product development
• Contact you when DigiCheques becomes available

Our legal basis for processing your data is legitimate interests — specifically, the legitimate interest of communicating with people who have expressed interest in our product — balanced against your right to privacy. You may withdraw from the waitlist at any time by emailing us.

How we store it

Your data is stored in Google Sheets, accessed only by the DigiCheques founding team. Our waitlist form is managed through Zapier, which processes your submission and routes it to our secure spreadsheet. Both Google and Zapier are GDPR-compliant processors.

We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing purposes, or use it for any purpose other than communicating with you about DigiCheques.

How long we keep it

We will retain your data for as long as DigiCheques is in development and for a reasonable period after launch. If you ask us to remove your data at any point, we will do so within 30 days.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Object to our processing of your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

This website does not currently use cookies or tracking technologies beyond those required for basic website functionality. We do not use analytics, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking.

We will update this notice as our product and data practices develop. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last updated. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members by email.
